1. Tell us what you want (5 minutes). Complete a short intake form: target roles, salary floor (if stated), work arrangement, industries to avoid, and a few example jobs you would love. No call needed.
2. The AI Job Match Agent searches for you. Each week, the agent searches Singapore job sources for roles that match your criteria and filters out expired listings, poor fits, and anything below your salary floor (if salary details are available).
3. Every job is scored. Each job is rated on role match, skills match, seniority fit, pay, company fit, and listing quality. Only strong matches reach your shortlist.
4. Your resume is tailored to each role. Your Resumes Central resume is adapted for each job: keywords, emphasis, and ordering, with nothing invented.
5. You receive your weekly delivery. Your Excel shortlist and tailored resumes arrive by email. Pick the roles you like and apply.
6. Tell us what to adjust. Every delivery includes a quick feedback link (“more like this / less like this”) so your results sharpen over time.

What to expect

• You do the applying. We never log in to your accounts or submit applications for you. You choose which jobs to apply to.
• No guarantees of interviews or offers. We deliver targeted jobs and tailored resumes. Outcomes depend on the market and your application.
• Job availability varies. If your criterion is very narrow, we may find fewer than 10 strong matches in a week. We aim for at least 5.
• Please review before you apply. Check every resume and confirm the posting is still open.
