Cancellation Policy (for AI Job Match Agent Only)

How to cancel

To cancel your AI Job Match Agent subscription, email jobagent@resumes-central.com from the email address you used to subscribe. Please include your full name and order number.

Notice period

Your cancellation request must reach us at least 7 working days before your next billing date. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will not be charged for that cycle or any after it. You will continue to receive your weekly deliveries until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.

If you cancel late

If we receive your request less than 7 working days before your next billing date, the cancellation will take effect from the billing cycle after that one. You will be charged for the upcoming cycle and will receive its deliveries.

Refunds

Fees for a billing cycle already charged are non-refundable.

Confirmation

We will confirm your cancellation by email within [3] working days. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email us again, as your subscription remains active until we confirm.

Your data

After your subscription ends, we will delete your intake answers and tailored job search files. Your original Resumes Central resume files are handled under our privacy policy link.
